I remember when $50k a year was what a lot of people were trying to achieve in life. Now $100k is the new $50k.

$250k is considered a cushy life now. But if your spending it as fast as it’s coming in you might as well just be poor.

That’s part of the problem, it’s a credit society and people spend money like mad and wonder why they have none and can’t get ahead in life.

It’s not how much you make, it’s what you do with it. Sometimes you just gotta sacrifice and live way below your means, especially during tough times.

We do this to ourselves and only have ourselves to blame for our spending habits. At some point you have to ask yourself, how much money/material items do you really need in order to live a humble life?
