i can't help but think this is going to end up like the "crypto" ecosystem. hundreds of different clients and the only ones that get polished are the centrally owned ones with huge funding...

at the risk of being too negative, if one wanted to aid in the development of nostr what kind of coding path would be optimal?

So before nostr I was deep into the Ethereum ecosystem. I will say that while good design is one thing but I got really tired of the polish for the sake of polish. In my humble opinion the big wave of web3 money actually set Ethereum back because it attracted so many grifters that devs who were actually working on legit projects had to compete with all those people in the eyes of outsiders who often couldn't tell the difference. Oh well.
