I'm in my 40s and have gone to hundreds of shows. I love music was too much to damage my hearing.
It ain't worth it.
I'm in that boat now. Im aiming for 1,000 concerts before I die. Just hit #328 this week with another 12-15 this year planned. (All brutal metal shows). My hearing is.....not great to say the least. Don't be like me, lol, keep wearing the plugs.
