Last month, Zillow economists still thought U.S. home prices would rise this year.

For real, let them plummet so real people can buy houses again. Half of my neighborhood is owned by LLCs from other states (and probably countries for all we know)

I want to upgrade my living situation at some point, the gap between my house and a better house just gets bigger most of the time in a normal real estate market.
