There are a number of users who don't have full functionality on primal.net. i've seen no explanation why some can use it and post notes while others can't. I'm using desktop and haven't been able to post notes but I am logged in with alby extension and can see my notifications. I hope the bugs will be ironed out because primal otherwise is a great client.
