How come Gossip fetches some of the users usernames and profile pictures and not others? Might be just because my relays are not 100% correctly set up

same issue here on damus. I would like some instructions on how to nostr correctly and properly use relays but every time I google it, it corrects my searches to, did you mean nostril?👃
