actually incredibly easy with Samourai offline mode. Create transaction offline, send, and then copy and paste into https://mempool.space/tx/push

Offline mode and /tx/push on mempool.space is new to me. Are there other wallets that can create offline transactions.

Thanks man. I didn’t think of that. I guess it only makes sense that it would have that feature. We can see our addresses without having internet connection. We can also send without it.
