TOUCHING GRASS 0001

I titled it 0001 because I plan on doing 1000 shows.

Lofty goal, but I’m going to do it.

Over a 5-year timeline, we’re going to learn how to navigate the course, play better golf, shoot lower scores, and enjoy every round we play.

Today’s show discussed a few things:

1. Taking a longer view for improvement

2. Getting 1% better every day

3. Using your current handicap as your starting point and writing down what you want to get to in 5 years

4. Tracking every round on the app called 18Birdies

5. Putting in the work to see results

What workouts do you do, if any, specifically for improved golf swing.

Context- I am a novice golfer, I enjoy the game but I don't usually have enough money to play nor practice. I have too many hobbies and projects. But I go everyone in a while with the boys and we enjoy the game. I'm curious what workouts I can do to not nessesarily improve my swing but what would keep my strength in those areas
