I'd say it depends on the size of the organization.

I have experiencing dealing a couple different C-suites at the F500 level and those dudes get thousands of emails per day as they are typically included/copied on everything. Most of them have advanced filtering setups so odds are if you have keywords trigger, it goes straight into the deleted items folder.
