Officially registered my new business today: 10-D Tech.

Excited to start creating more value for the game of hockey, and for the Canadian Federal Government to extract a generous portion of it.

Grand larsony 😭🤣

That's where you're going wrong. It's not that you set up a business but that you haven't figured out how to apply and receive the numerous grants from the govt. Have you thought about maybe writing for a grant supporting <"crisis">. You know, like the Lebanese Armed Forces Ski School for Women? Just swap "ski" with skate or hockey, and make sure it's equitable, damnit!

I’ll make sure to let them know I now identify as a pansexual lesbian of colour. Grants should be coming in shortly!

HELL YEA! Time to start writing off pre tax purchases.

What value does 10-D tech bring?

The first software we’re developing (3xG) allows goaltenders to input their game data and receive a save percentage broken down by specific situations. For example, a goalie can track their SAV% on 2-on-1s when the puck carrier shoots versus when they pass.

Instead of relying on a broad, traditional save percentage to compare themselves to others in their league, goalies can now compare performance within the same situations. This removes the bias created by playing on a stronger or weaker team, and provides a far more accurate measure of individual performance.

The base features are almost done their beta phase. We’ll be adding more layers soon.

That’s very exciting! I think your on to a good idea. Is it software that requires data input or will it import/ “watch a game”

Ps make sure you use big fonts & lots of solid colour it for goalies after all 😂

At the moment, our users are manually inputting the data themselves and attaching the relevant game clip to the shot input. We'll use that data to train our model to do it automatically.

Tendie tech 😗👌

It’s a nice wordplay
