tor browser does not do any different behaviour reading from LAN clearnet addresses, but it is private

anyone charging for access to the dark web is scamming

Apple notoriously blocks actual Tor Browser from their App Store.

iOS users use various honeypot apps instead, and pay for the privilege.

There is a workaround: https://support.torproject.org/tormobile/tormobile-3/
