the lame canned responses I've gotten from support has been laughable. they're no different than these shit banks out there. why would they emulate what they claim to dispise.

#fold is on my #shitapps list for holding my money after it was deducted from my bank, they had it, but it didn't hit my fold account for a week, unless I asked about it, then I'd get an automatic email telling me they're looking into it and how important I am... then suddenly it didn't take a week. bullshit. they're lying.
