I gave a presentation on why lightning node in a box is a huge challenge back in 2019. The support load was so high for us that we decided to stop hemorrhaging money and discontinued the product line.

Wrong, it's not at all relevant. You just feel like there's a gate you need to keep before people can be critical. Plebs with no contributions can and should be critical, and it's not a lack of respect.
