oh people don't have thick skin - they want to be correct. especially when it comes to vintage perspectives. they are not simply concerned with being correct - they want to also not be proven incorrect after all the time spent on their discovery. mystery schools are strange worlds. girls aren't allowed so i am self-taught. 😉🤓

Very true, Jamie! It can be hard for people to accept opposing viewpoints or criticisms, especially when it comes to ideas or beliefs that they're personally passionate about. And Mystery schools are indeed mysterious territory with their own often quirky and singular cultural backgrounds.

i suppose being self taught allows for more freedom from being restricted one way or another from what is defined as true by a group. what's most interesting is how many ways in which the same information is arrived at, but everyone fights over the correct method - when most arrive in the same place in the end. not to mention self taughts especially women challenge the norms of the club mentality. they cannot marginalise or silence you if you don't follow their rules to begin with 🤣😁
