i suppose being self taught allows for more freedom from being restricted one way or another from what is defined as true by a group. what's most interesting is how many ways in which the same information is arrived at, but everyone fights over the correct method - when most arrive in the same place in the end. not to mention self taughts especially women challenge the norms of the club mentality. they cannot marginalise or silence you if you don't follow their rules to begin with 🤣😁
