Have you dabbled with macOS on PC hardware? I did years ago on some old ThinkPad laptops and Dell desktops.

More recently, I got macOS working on proxmox so I could do some Mac data recovery operations for clients. I hope to not have to do that again, but I now know it was possible because I was successful.

Linux (and BSD) is so much better, though. I completely agree.
