Use an extension to sign into https://badges.page/ & claim it, I believe amethyst might be the only client that lets you claim within the client

Alby doesn’t have an extension for mobile as far as I’m aware, I only use it for desktop.. but on mobile (IOS) I use Nostore

That explains an awful lot. The frustration I have felt for a year now is based on using a teeny weeny screen to view an enormo page, and interact. Nightmare!
