People who hover!

GET THE FK OUTTA MY WAY! 😡 Your hovering is ONLY impeding me!

And people who are micromanagers are TERRIBLE Managers/Bosses that almost NO ONE likes and WHY people resign/quit in droves!

FYI: If a company has a high turnover, it’s cuz of BAD management!

A good solution = GET RID OF Terrible Manager and Replace with a GOOD Manager!
