Drug addicts are totally unpredictable and can be violent . I remember the last time I was in Vegas I was jogging early in the morning on the strip and I noticed a 10x in homeless addicts than last time. I instantly had to go into fight or flight mode knowing how dangerous they could be. No longer a casual jog on vacation lol it became sketch real fast
