Cardio helps you not get so tired out so quickly when exerting energy. Highly useful in life.

Roller skating is also good cardio.

So is climbing, sprinting, bike intervals, rowing, skiing, basketball, and fucking.

The heart needs to be healthy.

Burning calories = losing weight.

Cardio can maximize burnt calories.

If done in repetitive increments, can be used for weight loss.
