just focus on what feels good. if it doesn't feel good, then don't put your attention there unless you're being paid to or some major consequence would ensue if you don't.

if your thoughts keep going there regardless, imagine a big red stop sign then gently guide them back to your breath. will have to over and over probably bc you're human. this is meditation.

there's that whole suffering is inevitable pain is optional thing. but in times of deep pain, I have experienced growth. im not sure it's optional with the mind the way it is.
