If youβve ever used nostr:npub1n0stur7q092gyverzc2wfc00e8egkrdnnqq3alhv7p072u89m5es5mk6h0, it will automatically detect a change in your follow list and offer to restore it for you.

This happens to me when I try out a new nostr client. Doesn't happen to me as much but following.space is a life saver.
Did you try a different client?
Always generate a throw away account when trying new clients for this reason
Gradually, I will follow everyone back.
There is a good thing in all the bad, at least I got rid of the inactive and deleted accounts without wasting my time checking them. π€ππ€
