What do you like to use as a messenger app?

I’m still looking for an app like simple x , but also where I can send content in and it can be downloaded from the purchaser.
Unfortunately I haven’t found one useful and versatile in all ways.
I learned about SimpleX from you and someone else. I like it. Very impressive.
I sent a 200MB filed to someone as a test. It took a long time. But that's expected going over Tor.
She said she didn't get the file. But my side said she did. I'm inclined to believe that she got the file. But didn't feel comfortable admitting that she did.
I will gladly send the file to you as a test. If it works then problem solved.

There's also "RetroShare" for the desktop, and the portable version. Haven't used it in a while. But it's very powerful. Is highly secure, and can do everything you want.
You need an invite from someone to use it. But that's easy with Nostr or SimpleX.
Just set up an account for yourself. Then posted on Nostr or on SimpleX. Done..😊
