Amen to that. Bitcoin IS the hurdle rate. I would never buy an investment property. But I do need shelter. And I’d like to own a house in 2x locations to travel freely between homeshcoolkmg th kids

Those 2x house I want to build a bitcoin leverage product bespoke to RE

Ie I value the utility more than the Bitcoin hurdle rate for the portion of my portfolio that is allocated to this play

And I’d hope to simply match inflation ie protect capital
