Not a regular wallet, but the one in 0xchat does both.

But I’m looking for some convenient way to purchase stuff and switching from Cashu to lightning and stuff.

I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but Zeus Wallet had an ecash (I believe cashu) implementation.
