I just want a simple website portfolio powered under the hood by Nostr 😭

Not really. Checkout github for nips and nostr tools. its easier if you do it by learning yourself.

What exactly are you trying anyway?

Update: I figured it out getting very granular with ChatGPT. I had to actually read every word of… NIP-01 😂😂😂
