Hi nostr friends, its the end of another great day. We got some errands done, then came home and had some amazing steaks from Hometown Meat Mkt in Luling, TX. Its the best! My ribeye was huge, so i'll have some leftovers with eggs tomorrow. Over time it becomes more and more obvious to me that the quality of the food we eat greatly affects our health. The way i feel after eating real food is very noticeable.
