Now that old school Mickey Mouse is public domain, someone decided to create an AI image model. And since it's FOSS, anyone can do with it what they please. Of course, people love to have fun but you can do whatever you want too.

Place it in your LoRA folder of the SDXL app of choice. Fooocus is most user-friendly. ComfyUI most powerful but not user friendly. I recommend using Pinokio as an easy installer for these programs
