I think it means that they think this summer instead of the usual dip it’s gonna rally thanks to all the bitcoin treasury companies selling paper bitcoin, on Thursday bitcoin ETFs had their biggest day of inflows in 2025 and U.S lawmakers begin something they’re calling “Crypto Week” which is basically policymakers aiming to get clearer regulation for the industry.

I think the posts coming out of paper bitcoin summer are 50/50 memes targeted at humiliating paper bitcoiners and the other half is advocating for it (NGU crowd)
