David Bailey has been more accurate than the npubs that said Ross would not be freed, a stockpile wouldn't happen

The irony is that the US government is converting Ross's bitcoin into the reserve πŸ˜‚

lol yes there is that, I didn't say it was good or bad ... Just that he's been more accurate ... πŸ˜‚

also with Biden, Ross would still be in jail, owning Bitcoin would still have a stigma, and the confiscated Bitcoin would still be confiscated

So there's that to process

If I were Ross, I'd tweet out a "you're welcome" post.

Hah.

It's ok.

I don't know who David Bailey is πŸ«‚

you should be more accurate than him, he went hard on nfts on btc

Maybe πŸ‘€ but I usually don't have very strong opinions about this stuff related to what the government is going to do. They're gonna do what they're gonna do. Being too attached to one outcome or another is literally a sin in Hinduism lol. But preparing for both is a virtue.

my scenarios depend more on the printer turning on for price but I find this fascinating for adoption

every country, every company has to answer the question (should we own BTC?)

flips the narrative

I'm interested to see how well an EO stands up to time and if that BTC they have will stay reserved after 2028.

If BTC price appreciates then I think it'd be tough to sell "selling it"

That's true. If it does exceptionally well it could flip the entire narrative on Bitcoin. Honestly, them doing it gives us plebs a ton of cover, which is why the Trump residency was expected to be so good for bitcoiners. Despite what Lola says about the government using this as an excuse to seize people's Bitcoin.

Imagine if they tried. It's easier to scam people out of it and then stage an exchange hack to seize it in bulk from the "thieves."

We should probably hold our own keys and stack πŸ˜‚

Yeah that'd be best 🀣

Nah. We’re good. I’m not a huge fan of Bailey but he was right.
