Yeah, training yourself to have lucid dreams also increases your ability to remember them.
Keeping pen and paper beside your bed and writing down everything you remember from your dreams as soon as you wake up + constantly asking yourself "am I dreaming right now?" are effective methods to acchieve this
So you think it will work for that too? Would be awesome, this particular one is over 10 years old for sure...
I'm gonna try again to train for lucid dreaming, i'm not a natural lucid dreamer unfortunately.
I've started training for some days some years ago but gave up and chose the easy way by drinking piri piri root and calea zacatechichi. Was interesting but not exactly lucid dreaming.
I'm gonna try the hard way again, writing and counting fingers during the day 😁.
Im exactly like you 🤣😅 gave up after trying for about a week hahahah it probably takes much longer than that.
I have also had and sometimes still have this experience of unlocking dream memories from ages ago, but for me it's not upon waking up, it's during the dream! It's awesome when it happens
Yeah, i woke up totally mind blown today, didn't think i still had that in my brain, in fact was not even thinking about having or not having it.

I have dreams sometimes with bits of the future in them it'll be something stupid like a moment talking about whatever and i get a odd feeling I've done this before and then i remember i dream it like 5 months ago or so the longest i dream a future moment has been 8 year's. Why can't dream the lotto numbers 😭
