Occasionally. The liver is very nutrient dense, maybe too much if frequently consumed. Very high in copper and vitamin A, maybe too much. I like the taste actually, but it's not like organs are mandatory.

I do them regularly for experiments. I don't test for copper.

I only ask because mine was “normal” too but it was on the lower side of normal. A lot of the measures for testosterone consider low testosterone to be normal now. Men’s testosterone was much higher before. Saladino’s organ supplement helped me get it a lot higher.

I wouldn't take testosterone supplements. Maybe if I were older or was planning impregnation and had a defficiency. You do you, man.
