Oh really. I assume you did some sports before?

I only did candies and snacks before.

Actually no. I am somehow able to tell myself not to eat something most of the time or I can make my mind and not eat at all for extended periods of time (fasting). But I am not able to maintain schedule with any kind of workouts.

It’s uncomfortable, sometimes it hurts (muscles) my mind is weak and doesn’t want that so in a few days at best I make some excuse for not doing it.

I was too. But even if I have a packed day I take the time. After 14 days my body screams for a workout so my mind is set to do it.

Just get over the first few days and I will be easy.
