re-watched The Man Who Knew Too Much. Hitchcock is The Man. This film is BRILLIANT ✨ Doris Day is excellent and James Stewart, too. But Hitch called out EVERYONE. Look what he’s got:

—Police: incompetent & probably corrupt b/c they are vague, slow, don’t do anything

—Church: criminal political assassins & child kidnapper/international child traffickers hide out in Catholic Church acting as priest & nun

—Embassy used to traffic & kidnap child because of diplomatic immunity (you know you can ship anything in a diplomatic pouch, you know that, right?)

So, when I say Hitchcock is The Man or was, I mean he was The Man Who Knew Too Much. Are you, too?
