btw, I was checking the different versions and weirdly enough there's a remaster for Vita that changed the characters sprite? they look ugly as hell compared to the original, I really hate when they change the art of the original game
Do you mean the Evolution version ? well sadly only the OG Sky triology along with Gagharv and Ys has this unique and beautiful artstyle. The evolution has an artstyle based on Crossbell arc artstyle, but is still somewhat different.
I'm just being over dramatic, it's not ugly, but I prefer the original MUCH more lol. If anything, it's still better than the bland look of the remake.
Not so much overdramatic because the EVO style really look a hard downgrade if compared to OG even though is no bad itself. Crossbell is in the middle of them along with Ys Seven and Ys Celceta.
