#Bidenomics #housingcrisis #Funny in 2007-2008 I would get calls and letters offering to buy my home for cash. Lots of them.
Now I did not own a home at the time, but it was a hint the housing market was not good.
The last five months I’ve had 11 letters, 9 post cards, 8 texts, and a lot of calls, all offering to buy my home (that we own now).
The image is my standard reply now. (But with inflation still running high, I may have to up it).

Not from that one. But I have been told by some callers that I was being unrealistic and they could offer $138k (which is $7k more than still owed) on the house that others like it have gone for $190k.

Desperation Vultures is what they are.

We will see more if the economy keeps going this way.
