A significant percentage of the audience may actually be troll or bot accounts from foreign countries. The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has paved way for advertisers to pursue legal action against Facebook Instagram for damages. Many of these troll accounts seem to be used to manipulate Facebook Instagram algorithms to spread election misinformation. Congress should investigate Facebook Instagram for election fraud. 🇺🇸
