First step is normalization of this, making you understand that using the app is the smart thing to do.

Second step is to block timeslots for energy usage once you have adapted your life to this timings.

Third and final step is to slave you by requesting you to ask permission for energy usage.

Energy is already so abundant, it should be free for everyone.

Objectives of this are two:

1) Hide actual inflation: Not using energy, no inflation.

2) Control: Bad citizen, no energy for you.
