Maybe, maybe not! Maybe doing as much as possible also results in burn out. Maybe not.

Only 2 things are certain in this world, death and taxes. πŸ˜‚

Anyway have an awesome day! πŸ€™πŸ’œπŸ«‚

You too, friend! πŸΆπŸΎπŸ«‘πŸ«‚

Actually the interesting thing about the brain is, that you might think you are not capable, but usually this comes at the end of your comfort zone. But lots of interesting things can happen outside of one's comfort zone.

I learned this via workout. When I feel I can't do more pushups, it is not really my boundary, and if I do one more, that achieves more, than the pushups I can easily do.

I meant something like this.

But of course, be aware of burnout!

Cheers! πŸ€™

Physically, sure, I πŸ’― agree with you. Pushing yourself there is not a problem. Mentally and emotionally, dangerous, burned myself more than once. Recovery is hard too. The scary part is, it’s hard to notice when you operate at the limit, and when you cross it! Cheers! πŸΆπŸΎπŸ«‘πŸ«‚

πŸ’―! You are right. There, it is hard to find the balance, hard to find the maximum, and hard to recover if you push too much.
