类似的事情微信闹过一遭，后来互相妥协了，nostr可以参考。
微信是什么体量，诺斯特是什么体量，不可同日而语。而且诺斯特和微信还有个最大的不同，诺斯特是协议，是网络，在 web2 世界里并不存在实际主体，如腾讯公司

适用这条的争议应该在于nostr行为是per key而不是per user，pubkey和个人不等同，这本是nostr特殊的地方，其他应用用户可以等价到个人。
nostr fund可以雇佣专业的商务谈判去处理这件事情。
