I took a few and brain-dumped a bunch of thoughts on growing #nostr into a doc.
Nostr already has an emergent and legendary gorilla dev relations & marketing department – it would be cool to see some priorities start to emerge so we can make the most of our unique place at the beginning of the curve right now.

One thing that I didn't actually put into the doc (will fix) was building a standalone onboarding app a bit like nosta.me (maybe we just extend with nostr:npub1kuc70777tsvj67fl75s2dmy376t97hv05xmyuyshzzy6vhj5q5jstv0eyw ?) but go deeper and integrate lists and follower recommendations and make sure that people are getting a wallet set up.
Might be a good place to start?
I think that’s already in the works.
For adult industry we just have to make it work for 10 users and 10 more will see that it’s better and then 100 and so on.
I sort of reached this conclusion myself, as a non-dev (it took me a bit to time lol). Should I even be here lol? 👀 Like you've wandered backstage lol. But then, for the curious, nostr content is actually nostr-building itself (I'm not counting bitcoinisms as content, cos it's not for the vast majority of people lol).
Also unlike say BlueSky and their invites, there isn't any real indication that we are as casuals entering a building site lol 👀
