Hey, I'm just spit balling here with you, but this is a good idea. A Nostr support site for people to go and get support has a lot of upside potential. Clients could then integrate this into their apps for community support. I get DMs and emails from people with all of the major clients. We absolutely need this. I'd be willing to help as much as I can.
Ya I’m in too, already doing some of this & planning a business around IT support anyways.
