Yesssss π
I really got to work more on desserts. Making this creme brulee made me realize that that is one aspect of my cooking skills that I'm not very up to snuff with.
I love baking, itβs just really hard for me to not eat everything I make π₯΅
The only reason there's any creme brulee left is because the potency on the ganja infused ones was pretty high and I did not want to put myself in a coma. π All the non-infused ones got eaten.
The flavor was on point, but there's little nitpicks that I would change next time I do it.

Yeah, I didn't really do the math on the potency because I don't know how strong the oil that I press is because I don't have access to a testing lab. I really miss having access to a liquid chromatography lab.
Yeah, itβs a guessing game, Iβve been there too, but Omg I can only imagine how cool it would be to have access to a liquid chromatography lab π
It's definitely really nice to be able to walk into the lab with a large batch of oil and then walk away knowing exactly how potent your batch was so you could get your potency estimations down to the milligram.
Arguably with the way that legalization works, where I am, I can just walk into a store, buy some oil, and then know how potent it is, but it feels really dumb to buy weed from a store when I have such a polethra at my disposal already. π€·ββοΈ There are testing kits you can buy that work at home for potency but they're not as accurate as I would like them to be. I guess that would be better than nothing though.
Well sometimes itβs nice to just surprise yourself ππ
But yeah the kit would still be better than nothing. And I agree with you on not wanting to buy from someone else when you have so much of your own.
Its bordering baking such a specialization but definitely fun to dive into
