🇬🇧 There are some who continue to argue that INDEC inflation data are manipulated (they are so good that their only argument is that they must be false). It is true that in previous times (peronist times) INDEC manipulated inflation data, so the same could be happening.

But when the peronist INDEC manipulated the inflation data, they differed greatly from the regional inflation estimates of the provincial statistical institutes. Now that is NOT the case: both national and provincial measurements (the latter are not even indirectly dependent on Milei) offer very similar results.

🇪🇸 Hay algunos que siguen sosteniendo que los datos de inflación del INDEC están manipulados (son tan buenos que su único argumento es que han de ser falsos). Es verdad que en épocas anteriores (épocas peronistas) el INDEC manipuló los datos de inflación, así que podría estar ocurriendo lo mismo.

PERO cuando el INDEC peronista manipuló los datos de inflación, éstos divergían enormemente de las estimaciones regionales de inflación de los institutos provinciales de estadística. Ahora NO sucede eso: tanto las mediciones nacionales como provinciales (éstas últimas no dependen ni siquiera indirectamente de Milei) ofrecen resultados muy similares.
