Found out trees have been taken down around my parents property. I keep leaving and then big changes happen.
A few years ago I came home to a field we used to cross to get to the bus as teens was getting a house built on it 😯
It was so surreal!
Side note, I dreamt about that field last night, and there was no house on it 🤣
I got pictures of the trees falling, so at least I have been forewarned. Not sure when I'll get to see it in person, so I'm glad I got an update!
It is never the other way around right. I grew up in an uncivilized paradise but when I go back home is full of houses. No more river, or streams, no more wilderness nor nature. Just us, a bunch of us.
They got rid of the streams too!?!? That's no fun.
At least the house that got built where I grew up used to have a house on the field but the owners burnt it down with fireworks one new years eve when my brother was a baby, so it was empty for over 20 years.
Hahaha sorry to hear that 😀. The streams disapeared because of deforestation and building of massive amounts of houses on the hills. It was a natural side effect.
