Why execute a baby for the sins of it's parents?
I'm not in favor of any child sacrifice but I also think it's also wise to consider the mental health of a mother of rape.
The only abortion that could be considered after the first trimester is number 1. The safety of the mother. A mother may end up with complications later than the first trimester that could threaten her life and the child's.
Number 2. Incest (pretty explanatory).

Killing someone because they were conceived out of incest or rape is wild
In the case of rape, a woman's mental health should also be considered. I'm pretty sure it could be traumatizing enough to have life long repercussions. Going out on giant limb here.
Incest should be pretty explanatory. Not everyone thinks it's cool to bang their sister. Just saying.
