Quick Grill Prep:

1️⃣ Trim excess fat, leaving about ¼ inch cap.

2️⃣ Season generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite rub.

3️⃣ Preheat grill/smoker to 225–250°F 107–121°C

4️⃣ Place brisket fat side up, indirect heat.

5️⃣ Smoke low & slow until internal temp reaches 195–205°F 90–96°C

6️⃣ Rest in foil/towel for at least 1 hour before slicing.
