Yeah, issue is that people (devs...) try to be fancy and choose Comic Sans as a font.
I think that if can we fix typography and just allow them to insert their info and no other "fancy" thing like pictures and graphics, then they might have a better chance.

Like the education section use a larger, bolder font size for job title and place of work.
Change font to a cleaner one (verdana, arial, etc)
Honors? Perhaps use a different term to suit international candidates, such as Awards / Achievements.

Only after 2+ years out of college. If you are young, education is more important.
That’s ok. Education is still there and experience will just be a shorter section. It might also encourage them to include experience not defined by a specific job role.
