Spinach is the green calcium champ after good dairy supposedly (but only if cooked or something....they saiddddd)

A cup of cooked spinach has more calcium than a cup of most other vegetables. It has about 122 milligrams of calcium, while other vegetables typically have less than 50 milligrams per cup. However, it's important to note that the body doesn't absorb calcium as well from spinach as it does from dairy products. So, while spinach is a good source of calcium, it's not as good as dairy products for getting your daily dose of this important nutrient.

Here are some other vegetables that contain more calcium than spinach:

* **Collard greens:** 1 cup cooked, 150 milligrams calcium

* **Kale:** 1 cup cooked, 139 milligrams calcium

* **Broccoli:** 1 cup cooked, 100 milligrams calcium

* **Turnip greens:** 1 cup cooked, 93 milligrams calcium

* **Swiss chard:** 1 cup cooked, 89 milligrams calcium

If you're looking for a good source of calcium from vegetables, spinach is a good option. But if you need to get a lot of calcium in your diet, you may want to consider dairy products or other calcium-fortified foods.

I am not really lacking calcium with my bone broth intake, but have you ever had sweet potato greens? In hot climates they are the summer spinach.
