Version 2 of comparing Australian Bitcoin/ cryptocurrency Exchanges.

Differences from last years to this years:

1. Added PAYBTC as requested.

2. Removed Digtial Surge & Independent Reserve.

3. Added Withdrawal / deposits

Tried to get this all in order but it was quite the tasks.

There are so many variables and of course personal preferences.
