Not very persuasive, but just a good emoji category in general

"Why invest in a coin when what you're really trying to invest in is a company? You can do that with stocks. The point of #Bitcoin was to be a system that's incredibly difficult to change. I want a monetary system where we all know the rules 1000+ years from now. Not a system that changes based on the founders' whims. We know how best intentions play out in the long run. The beauty of Bitcoin is that even if Satoshi came back right now and wanted to alter it... There's fuck all he can do about it. We also know that voting doesn't help. This is why voter fraud is a problem. But if it's voting you care about so much... Technically everyone that runs a Bitcoin node is voting for the system not to change. You can fork Bitcoin right now and try to get miners and nodes to follow. But that's incredibly difficult. These other 'founders' don't hate that there's no vote, they hate that there's no EASY way to exploit the vote. Which is why there is no second best. Bitcoin for millennia, no other.'

Not worth responding, honestly. Can’t fix stupid.

"who have good intentions"

yeah right

She wants to see projects working on "eco awareness"?

Scammed from every angle. The best response is

👍👍

Ask her if human's are infallible, incorruptible moral and upstanding....especially under pressure or incentive.

Then ask her to search online for the contact details of the Bitcoin CEO so 'x' country / corporation / bad actor can pressure / censor / coerce / manipulate them.

Then ask her to do the same with the coins she has clearly bought.

they don’t need bitcoin. leave it lol

I don’t think there is a single crypto project that hasn’t had a pre mine distribution, dumped on retail to pump the bags of its creators or VCs. Bitcoin is the only immaculate conception that will never be created again
